General cleaning of high traffic areas including: Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathroom.

  • Sweep, Mop, Vacuum (all areas)

  • Dishes

  • Wipe down countertops, tables & chairs, microwave (inside and out), stovetop, refrigerator (outside)

  • Empty wastebaskets

  • Clean mirrors, tubs/showers, toilets, sink/faucets

  • Make beds

  • General dusting

Move In/Move Out Deep Clean - $200

  • All Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room, Bedroom surfaces cleaned

  • Cleaning out kitchen cabinets and all kitchen appliances

  • Disinfect sink/faucets/countertops

  • Vacuum, Sweep, Mop every room

  • Dust vents, fans, and fixtures

  • Leave house move in ready for new tenants

Price for 2 bedroom 1 Bathroom home*

Each additional Bedroom or Bathroom - $10

Add On Services:


  • Laundry - $10 Per Load (Wash, Dry, and Fold)

  • Oven Deep Clean - $30
